Defying age stereotypes and redefining endurance, Asha Singh (59) and Bajrang Singh (66) have once again demonstrated that fitness is not bound by age.

The couple, known in the city’s running circles for their remarkable consistency, completed the marathon dressed in traditional Indian clothing, making their feat both culturally significant and physically demanding. Recently, they competed in a marathon held in Vaishali (Bihar), where Asha completed the race in 4 hours, 49 minutes, and 14 seconds, securing the gold position in her category. Bajrang Singh, competing in the 55+ age category, finished strongly with an impressive time of 4 hours, 25 minutes, and 44 seconds.
